Our animals are sold as a direct-to-consumer model, meaning that you purchase a whole animal and then they are butchered on-farm. Our pigs spend their life foraging and roaming through forest and pasture before moving on to the next step - your dinner plate. We believe that by skipping the step of stressful travel, the animal that you consume will be healthier, and therefore healthier for you! Our pigs usually end up with a hanging weight of around 160-200lbs, which results in around 100-130lbs of cuts in your freezer. Both are delicious and will have a robust flavour as they spend their days searching for bugs and seeds. Sizes range drastically for turkeys as hens (females) will reach approximately 20lbs at maturity and toms (males) can reach over 40lbs. Like our chickens, our turkeys are sold as a direct-to-consumer model, meaning that you purchase a whole animal and then they are butchered on-farm. As turkeys take much longer to reach butcher weight, we suggest reserving your Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys early! Subscribe to our email list for 2024 butcher dates and secure your meat.

You haven't had *real* bread until you have tasted a fresh sourdough loaf, with its distinctive tang that tells you that what you're putting into your body will nourish it! Sourdough is created with flour and water, no added yeast. The "starter" is an active culture which allows your bread to be fermented and more easily digested by your body. Because the fermentation process relies on the "good" bacteria feeding on the carbohydrates in the flour, sourdough is higher in protein and lower glycemic index (no more crashes after eating bread!). You can find our fresh sourdough loaves at the farm stand, farmer's market, or email for pick-up.
